Project Overview
Maia Consulting provided medical equipment planning, procurement, installation coordination, and design coordination services for AdventHealth Minneola, a $271 million, four-story hospital located on Hancock Road at Florida’s Turnpike in Minneola, FL. The 204,000+ square foot facility — AdventHealth’s ninth campus in Central Florida — opened in December 2025 to serve the fast-growing south Lake County community, where residents previously had to travel significant distances for hospital care.
The hospital features 80 inpatient beds (40 critical care, 40 medical/surgical), an emergency department, five operating suites, an endoscopy suite, heart catheterization labs, and full-service imaging. ESa designed the facility using a “kit of parts” methodology with prefabrication strategies and a healing garden, and Brasfield & Gorrie served as general contractor. The project created more than 500 jobs for the region.
